Cemetery logo design

We are building a new state of the art "green" cemetery and funeral home. Our concept is to have the initials of our name appear in black type letters that appear that they have been stamped gun metal gray. The background would be a color that stands out on either black or grey shirts and baseball caps. Since this logo will be used for a cemetery project it must make a statement but in a subtle manner. Nothing too flashy. This logo ultimately be used on all company printed material and our website. Please note the attached files: the Ford files gives you an idea of the style letters we are looking for. The MVMIG file gives an early example of our logo concept. I am looking for information on how you design, pertinent examples what you have designed before and a ROM price. I am ready to place an order with the right group.
