Hi, I am responsible for online advertising for an e-commerce company and am looking to hire design specialists who can create advertising banners on a regular basis. We will need to keep creating new banners on a regular basis, depending on the deals that are live on our site. Looking for someone with previous experience on creating advertising banners which drive good click through rates, and induce high performance. Would be good to see the portfolio of previous banners and ads created. Thanks.
