Banners for two different websites

I'd need new and original flash banners designed for two different e-stores. I'm looking for professional designer who is willing to do excellent creative job, not just put flashing "BUY" text on banner. Again: I'm looking creativity and desing capability from you, not just technical knowhow. Banners must look good and original and also get good CTR with potential buyers. This job is for two sets of banners for two different stores, that is four set of banners (four different creative ideas). Each of the creatives must be done in different sizes: 468x60 30k 728x90 30k 140x350 30k 160x600 30k 300x250 30k 140x140 40k Later figure is maximum flash file size. Please notice you also have to provide jpeg for each banner as a backup as usual with flash and size of it must be within limit too. You will also send us all source files and give us right to modify them if we so choose. You'll need to have this kind of experience and show me some examples of your work on banners. I will provide winning bidder some ideas of what we look for and earlier desings. Please notice I can't answer personally to all bidders but I appreciate your bid anyway. Happy bidding!
