Detailed Illustration For Book Cover

Hello I need a book cover created for my book. I know exactly what I want. I just need someone to draw it for me. Goal: Of course to grab the attention of the could be reader, but to also let them realize what the book is about as far as genre goes. Crucial Elements: I have a few examples that I really like, but I need something really specific as well. My characters which are 5 guys will all need to have their uniforms, colors of uniforms, weapons, equipment, accessories, etc. I have links to all the weapons so you can see exactly what they look like, as well as specific colorization that I need as well. Its a very detailed job, and I know exactly what I want - not sure if that is a good or a bad thing! My issue: I can write write write, but as far as drawing? Um.. I can draw stick figures! I wish there was a way to not explain everything and you could just cut it away from my brain. Unfortunately, that is not possible, so instead you have someone that is very specific in what they want because its the only way I can convey what I want. I am not sure if I would rather have them standing or the point man standing and the other guys kneeling. Perhaps that would be a better decision for the designer and how it looks to you. I have a certain love for the Medal Of Honor and Battlefield game covers/wallpapers made online by users. Illustration Styles: I'm not really sure the style I want. I do NOT want cartoon-y styles. I do NOT want a picture that has been taken with a camera and then created that way. I do NOT want anime. What I do like as far as "style" goes: I really DO like the hand drawn look which is then colored in. The colors should also be kind of gritty as well.
