Convert sketches to Corel files with hairline

I have 30-34 black and white drawings, all are 8.5 x 11 inches.
I need the drawings to be converted to Corel files and the drawings saved in 'hairline' for the lines.
These are simple drawings in black line.
The lines need to "close" as I will use a laser to cut or etch the lines into a variety of material.
Give me an idea.
