Design WorkBook

I need a workbook that I can have people complete who attend a seminar on Building your own Unique Marketing Identity. Here is an example of the basic subject matter: [login to view URL] I need the output to be print ready so that I can produce a 15 to 20 page workbook that seminar attendees will be able to walk through and take home with them. It needs to be graphically pleasing, large font, consistently branded and a "workbook" so space for the seminar attendee to fill in their answers etc. the intent will be to walk prospects through "how to build their own unique marketing identity" using examples and dialogue from the website I gave you (and the many others that have similar information) so that they develop their own Unique Marketing Identity. Preference will be given to bidders who have developed this type of material before. Examples 1.
