banner for amateur ADULT website

We need a static 500x300px banner for an amateur ADULT website. The banner will not depict any hardcore xxx content (“softcore” images only). We prefer to work with a designer that has previous experience working on adult oriented projects (but this isn’t a requirement). The designer we select will work within our budget and be willing to make any necessary minor revisions to this project. We will require a PSD version of the banner with a transparent background. We request that the PSD file you send to us is 1000x600px (or larger) in the event we need to re-size the banner ourselves in the future. #1) ADULT oriented project. #2) 500x300px static .jpeg banner. #3) 1000x600px PSD file of the completed banner with transparent background. #4) Designer should be willing to make any necessary minor revisions. #5) Designer will work within our budget. #6) Provide finished product within 3 days from when the designer is selected. #7) We will pay up to a 50% milestone payment. Payments will be released only after the project is completed.
