Design And Add Logo To Posters

This is a very simple project.
I have around eight A1 posters that I want to display on my shop front. I have the jpg files and I am looking for someone to add my company logo to brand the posters with some added text may be at the bottom of the poster.
To give you an example I have attached a poster and our company logo although the logo is not a good resolution you may need to make one up similar to my logo but without including the words sexy, smooth and confident.

At the bottom of the poster add the text "Facials"
Once the poster is done I need the printing file in the following format below so that I can get my local printer to print these.
Quark Xpress 6.0, Adobe Indesign CS2, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop & Freehand MX.
Or If you are supplying artwork not created in one of the listed software packages please output your files as an EPS or Press Ready/High resolution Pdf. Supply all fonts used or outline text before saving.
