Custom - YouTube Channel Background (30 USD MAX)

I need to create a YouTube channel background for our gaming Related Youtube Channel. Channel is here (recommend you watch a couple of videos/ read the description to understand what you are getting into) 2. The file has to be given to us a PSD or CorelDraw file with all active layers for editing in the future 3. The people at deviant art are willing to do this for 30 USD so that is our budget. 4. I have a couple of examples of how I want it to look, but i don't want it to be identical. I need someone creative and Youtube design savvy. 4.1. If you can COMBINE some elements of these games into one massive collage background, it would be PHENOMENAL [login to view URL] 6. We want it to be in Widescreen format 7. We especially like how good pages have links are across the top, so you would need to know how to design a background that includes images and links that can be linked to my site, Facebook twitter etc... 8. I will email all the images I want to be used and you will make the layout. Please note that this has to be an ORIGINAL work. Please do NOT use the free ones available off the web (yes we will check and we know where they are) 9. Our background has to go well with the logo. We gave provided ur logo in tow formats (black background and Transparent PNG) we are ok for all designs that fit. Please note our logo colors are FIXED. They are RGB :: 250:165:37 10. The total time for the Project is 2 days (including holidays/ etc). All times above that are REJECTED. All times faster than that are given PREFERENCE. Project shall be live for 24 hours ONLY 11. The budget is a FIXED price 30 USD. All bids above that are REJECTED. Bids lesser than 30 USD are given PREFERENCE. 12. You have to have a rating of 4.5 and above to apply. 13. Files will be shared using dropbox 19. A daily progress report is expected. Even if t is very small. 20. You will NOT make an EXACTLY same site for anyone in the future 21.
