Bing Maps fix layers and place position. (Fijar capas de Bing Maps y posicionar)

I need to fix 30 layers i made on bing maps for my city Montevideo, Uruguay . Also set the map in there so always start in the same city. Also to always look in Montevideo, for avoid having to write it every time. It works fine but it often happens that doesn’t load the layers and have to refresh the web repeatedly until the layers appear, and that slows my work. This is a first stage, if satisfied with your work, have much to do later with this map. ………… • Necesito fijar 30 capas que cree en bing maps, para mi ciudad Montevideo, Uruguay. • También fijar el mapa en dicha ciudad para que siempre inicie allí. • Personalizar el buscador para que siempre busque en Montevideo, para no tener que escribirlo. Actualmente funciona pero muchas veces sucede que no carga las capas y hay que estar recargando el mapa varias veces hasta que aparecen las capas, lo que enlentece mi trabajo. Esto es una primera etapa, de quedar conforme, tengo mucho trabajo para realizar con este mapa.
