Childrens Book

Hello I want to write a childrens book, I will be needing someone who has Ghostwriting,Illustration,Book Writing and Caricature & Cartoons skill set. I would like the book to be no more than 12 pages. Aquaponics book for kids title my fish feeds me strawberries or strawbery fish how the aquaponics system works-short version I can elaborate small fish tank the design of back to roots aquaponics small fishtank with the plants on top,I want the fish in the fish tank to be dressed up in some type of magician outfit in the middle of book that release special dust that goes into the plants roots strawberries which is the waste product of the fish that gets filtered out by the roots and gives nutrition to the strawberries to be eaten.
