I would like course material produced for the basic setting up and operation of a cnc turning centre / cnc [url removed, login to view] material does NOT have be be machine specific. The course material should must cover all the work that is required to setup the machine from start to finish. The material needs to be typed in Word format and in English. The material should explain the machine in detail, eg tail stock, chuck, spindle, door, and what its purpose is etc An in depth discription of the control panel buttons and their functions. Also to be included is the different types of tools used in the setup. Also How the speeds and feeds are calculated. Material should also include work hold eg soft jaws and how to machine they to hold the work piece at hand. This is the start of several projects, should the work be produced to satisfaction, extra work will be guaranteed and a higher rate will be considered.
