We would like someone with a very CREATIVE FLAIR to spice up the look of my website. The person must be able to use there own initiative to create a look unique to us and still keeping the site user-friendly. The site is based around exposure for talented people, so we want it be very appealing to that sector. We will also require on going help with up and coming features that we will be introducing to the site in the future. The person needs to have ability to also carry out flash work as we need a stand alone media player designing for the site. Due to the many time wasters we will require to see your portfolio and also require you to re- design one small detail of the site that you would change to give it more appeal.
