Designer for a restaurant website. Long term membership

Hi, I need a web designer, with good css skills to design a new website for a restaurant. We can add some flash menu if it's necessary. I'm looking for a good and responsible professional. The provider must be available on msn and meet the deadlines. I need this website to be done by middle of next week. The provider must provide me: 3 image sketches, the final design in html and a newsletter design. If the provide does a good job, I want to create a long term membership.
