Design for a pricing page for website

I need a pricing page designed for my website www.therealhub.com. Currently it is just a pricing chart and I am looking for more of a creative design that stands out a bit with buttons that I can link to paypal. In addition to the current chart I have I need to add support fees. Unfortunately I am in a rush and I need to find someone who can do this by Monday the latest.
I also need someone to recreate a button for me that I have attached. I need it to be about 1/3 this size and say Sign up for our exclusive preview. I would like it to look just like the one have attached.
I have purchased a pricing table that I like and at this point I only need it modified to my specs. If you are still interested can you please tell me how much you would charge just to change the words in the chart for me? I would also like to have this done in one day if possible.
