Animation video for website landing page {Used as landing video}

Hi, i run my own MLM, Direct selling Network marketing business, and i shall be having my own website soon, i am looking at making a landing video for 1 minutes to 2 minute explaining why people should be part of a home based business, can you help me out with that?? i started my own team and the website is going to be ready soon, i am looking at making a landing video on the landing page which should talk about why people should be part of a home base business, what value would it offer them, so they can fill up their details and through the auto res ponder i could build the trust and show them the opportunity. Hence more like a lead capture page where people find value in the video fill up their details... I would like to know how would you make it will it have voice narration also ? or should i provide voice narration? will you come up with a story line or should i come up with a story line and a content? i also would like to see your previous work.. this is jus the first project many more to come.. thank you
