Looking for flash animator to create up to 45 seconds of a character flash intro animation for websites. These animations are to consist of company mascots promoting the site. Strong infaces on lyp syncing abilities. Will also need 2 additional animations of the same character, up to 10 seconds of animation. These animations will be of the character popping out at different intervals in the corners of the website as a reminder of special offers.
This is to be a long term project with multiple of these types of animations. Need price and and time frame for completing one animation. Also need to know price and time frame for a volume order of 10 animations in this same format.
