Congressional Map to track Co-sponsors on Bills

So i want a Script that can show how many Co-Sponsors have signed on to a bill in the house of reps and U.S Senate. the script should be easy for me to modify as to add or remove sponsors as they come. here's an example of what i am looking for [login to view URL] basically if a co-sponsor signs on to bill their district will turn Green if they oppose the bill their district will turn Red and if no info on their stance on bill then district will be white. I need one for the House of Reps and Senate. I don't care whether its flash or not. * Must be able to be easily embeddable on any web page.
