Convert FLV videos to another format

I am streaming our church services with Red5 ([url removed, login to view]). I want a script that will convert a flv video to a format that I can then put on a DVD. I also need the script to be able to output MP3 so that we can make CDs.
Basic Rundown:
- take a flv video and convert it to be make into a DVD that can be played on a regular TV DVD player
- take a flv video and convert it to be make into a music CD that can be played on a regular CD player
- - We will do the conversion on our ubuntu linux server then download it via ssh to a Windows machine to burn it.
- - I would like it to be a script (so [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] dvd, or something like that would convert it and put it in a conversion dir/
- - I would like to have an install sciprt (so if you need FFmpeg for instance, you would put that in this script)

We also need you to be able to support the script, meaning that you don't just give it to us, then forget about it.
We pay when we see the complete script and test it. Should be pretty easy to build. Shouldn't make more than an hour or so to build, easy extra cash. Looking to spend $30 on the project.
