I need to animate a story i wrote as a cartoon film and i will need an expert in cartoon animation. I will not be doing storyboard with cartoon pictures(DRAWINGS) but the person i need must be able to use already prepared computer characters to achieve this. The time duration should be between 30mins to one hour and the cartoon characters must appeal to young and old. The cartoon must also display characters likened to different races to avoid racial discrimination. The cartoon film must be laid out to accommodate sound track and i also welcome a freelancer that can also incorporate the voice over as well .

When you select a group to animate I'm sure you'll be happy with the digital graphic work that they bring to the table. Not many can offer you the true Hollywood based voice over that can make or break your project. The team at Our Voice Over Guy can do this. If you would like to hear a sample of the backing track/music and voice over would sound like to your project, let us know. It may be easier to have the dialogue and music tracks down and then hand that over to the graphic design team to create. Just our suggestion. This bid is only for the voice over, Foley (sound effects), and backing tracks needed to add to the animation.
