Develop a small AS3 flash project

I need a flash file to be developed in AS3, I require the FLA file, and not the SWF. The movie will show the human respiratory system, composed of 10-12 elements, such as: Oral Cavity Left Lung's Superior Lobe Left Lung;s Middle Lobe Left Lung's Inferior Lobe Right Lung's Superior Lobe Right Lung;s Middle Lobe Right Lung's Inferior Lobe Trachea Right Bronchus Left Bronchus Diaphragm At the beginning, the user will see the above elements randomly scattered, and the user will have to assemble everything back into their proper places to complete, before a countdown in seconds runs out. The user can also use a "Hint" button which will show the contour of the objects on the location where they should be placed. More details and specifications will be given later, but the info given above is the project in general. More consideration will be given to freelancers who can show that they have experience in this kind of thing.
