Custom Excel Spreadsheet / Real Estate Investment Analysis

We are in need of a custom excel spreadsheet which allows us to input certain parameters of a real estate investment and automatically calculates key metrics of the deal. We also need this spreadsheet to allow us to add photos of the property, notes about the property, and photos ad details of comps of other properties in the area.
In addition, we need the spreadsheet to be saved in a PDF file which looks like a professional executive summary of the potential investment in order for us to present it to potential investors.

We have tried using the software sold in the link above, however, it doesn't quite match the type of investing that we are involved in and it includes certain aspects we do not need as well as excludes certain aspects we do need.
We have attached an example of the type of report that we will need to be able to generate from this spreadsheet. This is JUST AN EXAMPLE and is not an exact match for what we are looking for.
