output file:
column a 1.
column b 2.
column c 3,2 a comma between each row.
column a 1 first row.
column b 1 third row.
column c 2,1 third row a comma between each row.
the vba need to extract the first 1 ,2 ,3 or 1,2 then the next to the next row.
