I'm building a specialized excel spreadsheet to calculate the Calvert Equation, which is Carboplatin Dose = AUC * (Creatinine Clearance + 25). The Creatinine Clearance is calculated as: CrCl = Sex * ((140 - Age) / (Serum Creatinine)) * (Weight / 72) The spread sheet will take user input of patient data such as: AGE, HEIGHT, WEIGHT, SEX, DESIRED AUC, and SERUM CREATININE and the spreadsheet will calculate the dose base on the Calvert Equation. Attached are the exact rules and a basic spreadsheet that I created. But I need help to attach the final rules and make the spreadsheet look user friendly. WHO I'M LOOKING FOR: Anyone who skilled at Excel and creating customized formulas. Math/Accounting experience is a plus. DEADLINE: This is a simple project for any excel guru.
