Autosync Multiple Workbook\\\'s Data to MasterFile and Viceversa

Need to combine & cross reference the data of multiple workbook (name: TDD) into a single workbook (name:Masterlist, sheet: KCP Masterlist). The process have to be automated. Whichever data from Masterlist that is not available on \\\'TDD\\\' have to autoupdate the \\\'TDD\\\' as well.\r\n\r\nScenario : \r\nA person just need to update new data on Sheet1 of \\\'TDD-01\\\' workbook and it will also automatically add new information on \\\'Masterlist\\\'. If the data on \\\'TDD\\\' already exist on \\\'Masterlist\\\', the VB Script will ignore the update. Whichever data on \\\'Masterlist\\\' that is not available on \\\'TDD\\\', the script will update \\\'TDD\\\' file with the new data. \r\n\r\nObjective : \r\n(1)Users will perform data entry to all \\\'TDD\\\' files without the need to update \\\'Masterfile\\\'. \r\n(2)New data will add to new column while matching criteria on row\r\n\r\nNice to Have : \r\n(1)All files stored in a single folder directory. \r\n(2)All VB Script/Formula stored in a separate sheet. \r\n(3)Auto count of similar data that was not updated and auto count of data updated on a separate sheet. \r\n(4)Best if all automation can be done with a single button, i.e. \\\'Sync to MasterFile\\\' on each individual \\\'TDD\\\' file\r\n(5)If you can make the power pivot formula better\r\n\r\nI am open to any suggestion for a better enhancement of working with these files
