App that creates an income statment from a google doc or excel spreadsheet

If the document is going to be used at only one location and multiple persons need not make changes into it simultaneously, we don't need to bother about Google Docs. Excel provides far greater functionality and formatting options than Google Docs. Hence I will recommend use of Excel for this project. Saw your revised file. Am I right to say that you will need one report for each of the following events ? 1. Advanced WordPress with Web Designer Pepper ONeal 2. Are You My Type with Author Mary OGara 3. Becoming a Professional Author with Bestselling Author Kayelle Allen etc. I think the format you have suggested can be improved a great deal. Also the report can be printed in PDF and emailed using either an inbuilt email client like Outlook or a web service like gmail with option to edit the mail before sending.
