Designing a combination lock state machine -- 3

only have 1 day ASAP, its for my Dissertation I've written up the report i would just like someone to well structure research and finish up my dissertation which is only 70 page max I've done 50 pages already i think the software is Quartus II where you have you to design it which i have attached it to the files just need to finish it off and talk about in the report can you referrence it properly aswell
