Circuit design.. - repost

First of all, in this project PIC24F16KA102 will be used. So freelancers that has offered should be familiar with this [login to view URL], block diagram and some of the circuits will be given later. There will be like 6-8 smd components including PIC24F16KA102 and one LCD display with 2-3 push buttons. In this project there are 3 parts to be done. 1. In the first part you will need to design the circuit according to given components by using Cadsoft Eagle. (The circuit design is simple because only the minimum requirements of the components will be used). After designing the circuit you will send your design and I will check it. When we agree on the circuit you will make the PCB layout in 2-layer. 2. In the second part you will fabricate a 2-layer prototype and test it. After testing it you will send the prototype. (You will get the components yourself) 3. Finally you will make a minimized 4-layer PCB layout. You can give offer for only part 1 or for parts 1-2-3 together. Please indicate for which part do you offer. Indicate also how many days will each part will take for you.
