Database sync

Greetings, I just started a perfume retail website on os commerce and need the following work. I am looking for someone to finish writing a script that will sync my database of perfumes to my suppliers database of perfumes as inventory changes daily. This should be done automatically once or twice a day plus I should be able to update manually through the os commerce admin. Here is a list of my needs. 1...The script will login to the data feed server and grab the file once daily automatically or manually 2....It will update each product with respect to status (in stock / not in stock) or any other data 3.....I will need to be able to price items by a certain % over cost through admin. 4....And it will be able to calculate the actual product price based on the mathematical formula: Retail cost - my cost = answer x 35 % = answer + my cost = price of item Please note the the 35% is just for example and I should have the ability to configure the percentage as a configuration setting in the admin control panel 5.....It will store all the values in the DB 6.... I will need the option to go in and change priced manually on any item and give it custom pricing. When price is set by me manually it is to override any formula price and is to be remembered. 7.... The option to clear all custom pricing with a click of a button so that they can again be priced by % over cost or formula . 8.....The admin side product page should be modified to accommodate any extra fields. Then I would like to have a script written that will feed my products to froogle, yahoo shopping and most of the other shopping websites. It should be able to automatically or manually update any changes to my inventory to the shopping sites after my database gets synced to my suppliers . Also, I should have the ability to choose which feed I want to use as I may not want to use all the feeds at once. Especially at first when I will be testing the response from various shopping sites. Again I'm on oscommerce and mysql. I don't know if I'm running on windows or linux but will find out. It would be great if you can communicate with yahoo messenger as well.
