Analyze some Data

Hey, Im in need of a PHP programmer for many different things. I am looking for a PHP programmer to create & setup databases for our website, and code the required pages for the login forms, account creation, client panel etc. I just need a standard PHP coder who can setup and code a good & secure account creation system that also has payments. The payment side of the coding can be discussed. I also mostly need an advanced data search bar. I basically have a lot of databases that I need to have a search for. This is how I imagine it: You will go onto the webpage, presented with a search bar, the item type you are searching, and a few other options. You then for example search a username, then said username will be tested/searched through the databases available and will return all the results in html tables to be view by the user. The database will have to be structured in a certain way to have all the features. Needs: - A account system that can have login pages, account creation pages, password reset pages, ability to detect funds in the account. + All the necessary items to do things, such as email setup & database setup. - A search engine that can search through databases and return results in html style tables, with reasonable response time.
