I need to find a bunch of p-values from my .dta data file.

The p-values that need to be found are indicated in orange highlight in the excel file attached. Please browse through all the sheets.

The two .dta files attached are the data file you needed to use to find, via STATA or SPSS, the p-values.

The PR file is only needed for the Procedures data. Everything else please use the DX file.

PLEASE browse through the file BEFORE submitting your proposal. I want someone who can do this accurately. thanks!
