Converting pdf document into word document

I have a number of pdf documents that need to be converted into doc/docx. They consist of two parts, text and pictures. I want my somebody to use OCR software to type the documents and give me back in two separate files WITH CHECKING - text files and picture files. No editing skills are required. Each processed page will get have USD 5 cents.
