Delete Address from Word Files & Make PDFs

I have 87 Microsoft Word documents (dating back to the 1997 version of Word) that need to be modify slightly. There is an address on the bottom of the documents that is no longer valid. I would like you to delete this address, and any reference to a warehouse we no longer have. I will give you more detailed instructions when you are hired.
Once you are done, I would like a PDF version of all the documents, along with the Word documents, sent back to me.
Please let me know if I can clarify anything. This project is pretty straightforward.
