Data Entry of Emails and Customer Contact details into Spreadsheet - repost

We are growing our business area and are looking for an efficient and accurate data entry and processing freelancer who can enter all our customer data into an excel CSV file for our use in our email marketing campaign and database.
The successful freelancer will be required to do the following for this project:
1) Use the web links we provide to gather the data and enter the requested/appropriate fields into our CSV file, found on the links and websites provided
2) Search for additional links to find the information to put into tour CSV file.
3) If the information for a customer cannot be found on the links we provide, that they search on the net for the required information.
4) Provide us with a complete CSV file of the related information we require.
THE FREELANCER, is NOT required to contact any of our customers, nor should they contact any of our customers with the information that they will discover. This project is only for the data processing of the data.
Please note, there will be approximately about 200+, but no more than about 1,500 customer details that you will be required to find and enter into the CSV file.
WE WILL PROVIDE YOU with the:
1) The CSV file with the Headers of the information you will be required to search for and enter into.
2) We will provide you with the search links to gather the data and process into the CSV.
