I have been teaching myself excel lately. I utilize excel for entering details and statistics about areas, and ultimately about properties and revenue. I work with some complicated SUM-IF / Assumtions formulas and there is alot I do not know.. I Copy Paste from PDF to Excel alot of into. I am looking for 2 services. 1) Someone to do a "screen-share" half hour or hour session with me, to see what I do, and teach me how to perform what I do smarted and more efficient. Helping me build a solid Template.. 2) Longer term, I would want to be able to send you data, and you plug it in to the Excels, as we do together..
