A. For each excel spreadsheet require the following:
1. See 28th April 2015 for possible layout.
Please look at this spreadsheet, as everything flows off this as the example.
• Msk Dx, Msk Rx and Dx, Msk Rx, PRP with revenue.
(MSK = Musculoskeletal, RX= treatment, DX= diagnosis)
• Columns with numbers of patients seen per day in each column.
2. Need totals per column i.e..Msk Dx, Msk Rx and Dx, Msk Rx, PRP and patient numbers
3. Overall total for column C
4. Total value of: MSK DX, RX and DX, MSK RX, PRP. - Total msk
5. Total Vein which is the difference between column C ( vein and msk together) and total msk.
Note:
Layout on each spreadsheet is not important if can see better way to enter information.
Notes:
First column with numbers: each number corresponds to a particular patient.
Example: Number 1, with several “1”s vertically orientated = same patient.
Therefore can add up all amounts corresponding to that number together as a total.
No need to add up vein patients separately. I am trying to separate out the musculoskeletal aspect of the business. These need to be added together accurately.

Do you mean it lies in that range or is it 55850+104 and 55850 - 104 ? Also, 55850 is present as Msk Dx and Rx and also Msk Dx only. So, how to consider that number?
