Data Entry for a Local Community Website

Project Description: To add data from various local agencies and dealers onto my local community website and update the data on a weekly basis. Please read the following details very carefully and bid only if you agree to all of them. Details: I am inviting local dealers and agencies (mostly cars and jobs) to advertise (for free), their items on my local community website in the relevant sections. I therefore require this data to be entered manually onto my website by very simply, copying/pasting/uploading pictures from the Dealer/Agency website, onto My Website through the appropriate section of my control panel. This data is then to be refreshed once a week per agency in order to add new items and remove expired items. Specifications: I will be giving you the details of the agents website as I sign them up and you will then immediately do the initial upload of all the items displayed on their website onto My Website. You must be extremely accurate in recording the data and uploading items. It will be up to you to refresh the data once a week by cross-checking each agent’s/dealer’s items on their website with those displayed on My Website, leaving those on my website which are still active and remove those which are no longer on the agent’s site. This will need to be done for each agent’s website once a week. I need someone who is willing to give me a long-term commitment so please do not apply if you cannot do so. I am hoping to help you by staggering the number of agencies I sign up so you have time to upload items but you should be prepared to cope with a rush of uploads if necessary Payment conditions. This is how it will work 1. The bid amount should be for the YEAR and regardless of how many agents I sign up. Because I am providing the advertising for free, I have a budget limit on how much I can spend on this project. 2. I will put the entire amount into the escrow account. 3. I will spread 60% of the payment on a monthly basis over 12 months for you to receive monthly payments, at the end of the 12 months you will receive the 40% payment. Again only those looking to complete the 12-month term and hopefully continue after should apply for this project. 5. In the very unlikely event of me having to terminate the project you will be awarded the appropriate proportion of the 40% payment Candidate Profile § Able to carry out the project on a long term basis § You must be trustworthy and reliable § Your organisation skills should be excellent in order for you to develop an effective system of cross-checking the item data between the agent and My Site so that the data on my site remains valid and up-to-date § A high level of accuracy in inputting data is required as mistakes will affect the credibility of my site and cannot be afforded.
