Hello! I work with VBA for last 5 years and have created hundreds of different scripts, including different data analytic tools,DashBoards and Userforms; also a have a lot experience with Access DB. I can create one file with all the prices and create the other one for customer use. Or it can be all in one, but using the script there will be less information for the customer. We can add buttons, check box and drop-down menus in the sheet as you described. We will assign different macros with conditional logics to them accordingly to execute the process you described and make a nice presentation lastly. (can be in word doc) The macros shall automatically calculate the final price according to the selected entities, and what their price setting is. The macro shall be an excel add-in with nice buttons on the ribbon. You can change the percentage/price settings from the ribbon too.
