Hello, I am a qualified Civil Engineer and a web programmer. I am good at creating estimates. I have not used "The Blue Book" Vu360 software but this would not be a hindrance as I can learn it pretty quickly. Being a programmer I am used to learn things quickly. I do not know what size of projects you would be sending so I am just bidding at the lowest i.e. $250 per project. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks, Abid

I am a hard worker and will deliver quality work to the level you expect. I have just finished working on a pipeline project in Australia and now I am travelling for a year and looking for freelance so this job sounds great! Working in the construction industry I have an advantage over the other bidders as I know what needs to go into an estimation, from pre construction phase through to completion.
