We are looking to hire an Administrative/clerical Assistant with good communication skills, computer savvy, and good job tenure. Other duties for this opportunity include (but are not limited to) the following: * Providing direct customer support, through phone or email inquiries * Providing reports regarding customer inquiries * Responding to all Customer Inquiries * Submitting all requests for website updates * Resolving product and service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution; expediting correction and adjustment; following up to ensure resolution * Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information

Hello, I am interested in learning more about this opportunity. I would need to be able to respond to requests only by email though, as I have several small children here that create noise. I know it is not professional for others to have to hear them, but I do not have the option to step away either. I am able to start right away. I love being able to interact with others, and I enjoy being able to help them. I have my phone near me at all times, and I can utilize skype or google hangouts to be able to communicate at all times. I am computer savvy, and I am a hard worker. I myself, am trying to get a small handmade item business going, and the extra income is very beneficial for me to be able to buy products in order to make those items. An opportunity would be highly appreciated, and I feel confident that you would not be disappointed with my work.
