I'm familiar with such kind of tasks: the main problem is not to represent set of tables and forms, but to investigate your business-processes and offer some data structure that might be clear and native in usage, saving time and expandable for future functionality. Hi, getting rid of Excel is a good decision. once it comes to flat sheets Excel is good however when you need to maintain data integrity, constraints, business rules you need a database management system and that's where Access can play a significant rule. I will provide you with a fully automated solution that tracks jobs, orders, and invoices. Hi, I am new to Freelancer and I am interest in gaining a good reputation. Which is why I put in the min bid and allowed 5 days to cover any additional requirements not in the description. Technically I have 15+ years developing VB and database applications and I have developed numerous access applications for various requirements. So I believe I should be able to provide the application you require. From what you listed I would expect 2 primary screens: 1) customer maintenance 2) Job log the first would allow users to update add customer details, while the second would be to log new jobs, update them and generate the invoice etc. You will be able to view any past work for a customer and maintain notes etc. Should you consider this bid, then please contact me and I can send on a demo for you to review that way you get a better idea of what I would be producing.
