Data entry -- lines on map - repost

We have 2 maps with ~300 numbered lines on each of them. We are looking for someone to open the .png map files and record the start point & end point x/y pixels for each line. The start point is the side where the line number is noted. Attached is 1 example map with 301 lines + a spreadsheet with the x/y start and end points noted for the first three lines. End product should be the spreadsheet filled out for both maps (we will provide the second map to the person we ultimately hire for this work) We are not expecting to pay more than ~$20-30 max for this work. Please do not bid for this work if you will be significantly higher.
