Require someone to chase up debts, manage accounts receivable and manage suspensions if accounts are not settled. This is for An Australian Telecommunications company. This person needs to be professional and operate in a timely manner. Customers need to be treated with utmost respect. Customer service has always been our strengths, therefore it needs to be very visible. With utmost respect I do have to say that Unfortunately this job is open to applicants from Australia/New Zealand only. Will require a verbal interview before the job is handed over.

Hi, Though in your job description, you have clearly mentioned that you are looking for freelancers in Australia and New Zealand, I thought of placing my bid since I have worked for an American Bank in Delaware to collect debts. And I was the Second Best performer during my tenure there. Our team was given a training of 22 hours before we were put on calls. The challenge in such calls is to be polite at the same time ask for the credit card information Or the account information so that our bank can bill the person. The necessary software and phones were provided by the client. This also helped them keep track of our calls. I have also worked for an Australian startup where I called businesses in Melbourne region to analyze a product that my client was developing.
