Build a list of prospects from google+ local, yelp, etc and enter data into excel spreadsheet or google doc.

We are looking for a sales prospecting and data entry professionial who can mine a list of Flooring Installers from existing directories and websites. A strong candidate will be able to source leads and enter them into an excel spreadsheet, google doc or form to quickly populate a list of Flooring installers in Northern California. :: Speed and ability to deliver this research quickly and accurately are priorities. :: We would like to focus on installers located within 200 miles of San Jose initially spread out across northern counties. :: Please identify source of installers (ie Yelp, Houzz, Bing Local, Google+ etc) Please see the attached doc for more detailed information about fields and parameters... This first contract would be for 1000 installer records in Northern California. We will provide a Google Doc or Form based entry for you (or feel free to suggest a tool in your response).
