Data entry: scanned receipts

Outline - The Project consists of entering receipt data into Excel from scanned papers located on a DropBox folder. - Each scanned DINA4 consists usually of 1-4 receipts. There are usually a total of 50 receipts in each PDF. - Every receipt contains 5 different Data fields to be entered in Excel sheet: 1. Supplier (shop name etc) 2. Money amount (needs to be inserted in corresponding Currency column as GBP, EUR, SEK, USD or DKK) 3. 4 digit card Visa card number (occasionally, on less than 30% of receipts) (this is an additional 6th Data column). IMPORTANT: some receipts have an complementing receipt that includes visa card transaction, for this Data field. 4. Date. 5. Receipt number, spanning from 300-800, handwritten, normally on top of receipts. - Category, handwritten in Red (very rarely, maybe 10 receipts) - Description, handritten in Red (very rarely, maybe 10 receipts) Who we are - A small company based in Spain and UK Experience required - Basic Excel knowledge. Opening the Dropbox folder is very basic and a password and username will be provided. Deliverables -Excel sheet with the data entered from the receipts within 2 days after delivery of the scans. Payment -The Project will be paid per receipt and we estimate that there are 500 receipts. Bids are expected as USD/receipt. Indicational price is 0,075 USD/receipt ADDITIONAL work: Implies cross checking data sheets, like the the .PNG attached as examples, to chech for lines that appear twice, and highlighting them. The guidelines to find out if its a copy are: a. same date, b. same name of supplier, (c. occasionally same amount, could vary some cents) This addiontal work implies cross checking a list of 800 lines with two others of 300 lines and another containing 130 lines. Every line (300+130=430) has indication bid of 0,05 USD/line >>>> Urgent deliveries will be more considered Examples note: The PDFs will be 400 dpi (bigger than the example)
