Data entry from web to spreadsheet

Hi this is a fairly simple project.
But it will require 100% correct data and following my instructions exactly.
You will create a spreadsheet database from information found on a given website.
You will go to
[login to view URL]
There you will have 3 options (Industrial Directory Search, Office Directory Search, Retail Directory Search)
For each category select "All" and click submit (You will have to do each category 1 at a time)
On the results page you will have a table (with many pages of listings) Copy the database including the headers (the headers have different information in each category)
At the end of each row you will also have a "Details" link you can click.
Open this link for each line and add the following information to the above database you have created.
For industrial you will add (Phone, email, size, year built.)
For Office you will add (Leasing Agent, Phone, email, avg floor plate, number of floor, year built)
For retail you will add (Owner Rep, phone, email, year built, gross area, number of stores.)
You have to click on the "details" link for every single line item because the information displayed there will change for every line item
Attached is a spreadsheet with a quick template on how this information should be displayed.
Please note each one of the 3 categories is on a different tab to facilitate looking for information and each one has a slightly different layout of headers. I have highlighted in blue the headers that are on the main listing and in green the headers who's information you will find when you click on the "details" link for each listing.
