I am having an experience of 4 years in Web Research, Dropship Expert and working from the last couple of months on oDesk.
Presently handling a customer support for one of my clients from Australia using their email zendesk portal outside oDesk.
Please find below some of my Job responsibilities I had been performing for a lot of my clients:
• Had done a Financial Research for Clients like GMAC Bank, Fidelity Investments, Aviva, Scotia Bank, Allianz Bank (Investment Banking) etc.
• Marketing Research for clients like P&G (Baby Care and Skin Care Product Line), Jiffy Lube, Xcel Energy, Nintendo etc.
Processing Credit Card Transactions for one of my client from the last 2 years.
• Provided research work for Fortune 500 companies like Scotia Bank, Pfizer, British Airways, HP, Bank of America, Visa, Nintendo, Bridgestone, Goodyear, Southwest Airlines, P&G, etc.
• Providing web support to the customers of the US based client for TrialPay.
• Perform primary research and gather market/business information pertaining to Public/Private companies for Clients like YouNoodle, Linkedin, Quantcast, Milo, CitySearch etc.
• 2 years of experience in online social and traditional media research (Blogs).
• Handling a team of 20 Analysts, solving work related issues and guiding their way through the process and project assigned.
• I am having 4 years of experience working on Zendesk & Cerberus Portal
