Create excel spreadsheet with formulas and enter data

I need an excel spreadsheet created with formulas that will give differences between clients body measurements, bodyfat, weight, %bodyfat, lean muscle changes, body fat pounds differences. I am attaching the word document from the last group of clients where I had to manually figure out each clients differences so you can see what I am looking for. I will also attach the sheet I get the numbers for weight, body fat lbs, lean muscle pounds, and %body fat. The differences can be + or - they are mostly minus. I want the formulas to calculate between each measurement/weigh in and from the first measurement to the most recent. so a grand total lbs lost sine the start. Client measurements and weigh ins are 3 times beginning middle (4 week mark) and end (8week mark). Some clients have done the program twice so their totals will keep going every 4 weeks and keep calculating the differences since the beginning. Prior data will need to be entered. I will enter future data. Please see attached docs. The first doc is from the #1 group. The second doc is from the #2 group. with some new participants and all of the previous. we run 5 8 week sessions during a year. some people will repeat and some will not. I will need to be able to keep the repeats and add new clients too. Let me know what questions you have.
