I have a brochure that i need to deliver as an EDITABLE pdf. So they can change texts for it without changing the design.

is this possible? This is the pdf.

I don't have psd, so you should remake it. Just make everything that's ITALIC straight (incl. lines)

I also need to change the logo and some minor things, but that can be done once i have editable pdf for text... I need this done asap.
