Cre loaded template

I am looking for a reliable, knowledgable company/person to do a CRE Loaded template for us. We need several templates done, but we'll start with one. osCommerce and CRE Loaded knowledge a MUST. Prefer American companies/individuals, but open to all. Looking for some clean templates. This one is a magazine subscription website.
